What Is An Annual General Meeting?

An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a gathering for all theatre artists, organizations, and stakeholders in Quebec who have a curiosity or want a say in how our organization runs. Attendees will be invited to listen in to our annual reports and financial statements, appoint auditors for the next fiscal year, and be able to ask questions about any of our operations. We'll also discuss any changes to our bylaws, elect new board members, and take care of any other important business. Your participation and input are crucial! 

When Does The QDF AGM Take Place?

The QDF AGM happens every year in the fall. More information becomes available on our website and social media channels closer to the time of the event. Keep an eye out for the registration to sign up and attend the meeting!
