The Quebec Drama Federation is holding our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. We welcome you to join us in person at Playwrights’ Workshop Montreal or over Zoom as of 5:30PM, and the call to order is at 6PM. 

What Is An Annual General Meeting?

An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a gathering for all theatre artists, organizations, and stakeholders in Quebec who have a curiosity or want a say in how our organization runs. Attendees will be invited to listen in to our annual reports and financial statements, appoint auditors for the next fiscal year, and be able to ask questions about any of our operations. We'll also discuss any changes to our bylaws, elect new board members, and take care of any other important business. Your participation and input are crucial! 

How To Attend The AGM?

If you'd like to attend the AGM, you must register your attendance in advance. You have until 5:00PM on October 6 to fill out the registration form below. Once you have registered, you will receive a follow up email, prior to the AGM. In this email, you will have access to the AGM documents and voting materials. If you register after the cut-off time, we may not be able to guarantee a spot for you. 

A friendly reminder that QDF members can vote for the motions being passed at the AGM. If you are a QDF member in good standing, you can vote in person or on Zoom (the full details of the voting process will be explained during the AGM.) If you are not a QDF member, you cannot vote, but you are still welcome to attend. If you are not sure if you are a member in good standing, email membership@quebecdrama.org
